Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days, however at peak periods, delays may be incurred.
We take care in having accurate information as well as stock holdings listed on this website, however, from time to time there may be errors or mistakes. In the case of an item not being available after you have made a purchase, you will be contacted and given various options such as a refund, or to receive the product as soon as it becomes available again. In rare circumstances where the information on a product was wrong, we may have to cancel the order. In this case you will be provided a full refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
(The following applies to purchases made online only)
If you change your mind and ship the item back (unopened and unused) to Imagine If within 7 days, we will provide you with a refund.
If you change your mind after 7 days but within a reasonable time frame (usually within 30 days) we may provide you with a credit.
If an item you have purchased is faulty, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund. In some instances we may need to confirm that the product did not become faulty through misuse and may need to test the product or have the manufacturer test the product.
Imagine If will only cover return shipping within Australia for faulty goods (as deemed by Imagine If or by the product manufacturer).
