Our Returns Policy outlines our procedures and commitments for returns and exchanges in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law:

Under the ACL, our customers enjoy the following guarantees when it comes to purchased products:

  • The right to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are deemed to be faulty or don’t meet the implied guarantees.
  • The right to return a product if it doesn’t match the description provided on the product.

Determining Faulty Goods:

  • Per ACL, we might need to assess a product issue before we can sort it out for you. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to make this process as quick and fair as possible. We’ll notify you promptly once we’ve investigated your returned item. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide quality products that stand the test of time.

Changed your mind?:

If you’ve had a change of heart, we’re here to help, even though it’s not mandatory for us to provide a refund in such cases. Here are the details:

  • If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer you a store credit note or product exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Just make sure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Remember to show us your proof of purchase (either a store receipt or bank statement).
  • During the holiday season, we may make exceptions to the 30-day rule, so give us a call or visit us in-store, and our friendly staff will assist you further.

Store Credit Note:

For change of mind returns, we can issue you a store credit note, provided the product is in its original condition, returned within 30 days of purchase, and you’ve got your proof of purchase. We’ll issue this credit note under your name and phone number, and it’ll be permanently recorded in our system. Don’t worry, our credit notes never expire.

Exclusions:

Please note that the following items are generally non-returnable in these cases:

  • Gift cards (please treat these as cash, if lost/stolen they usually cannot be replaced)
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products, such as certain baby toys
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons due to user error.
  • Please be aware that only regular-priced items are eligible for exchanges if you have changed your mind; reduced items cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you have simply changed your mind and wish to exchange a product, and these costs are non-refundable.
