Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. He’ll tell you (politely! ) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy. Despite the grand name, Horatio’s always been shy – until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell.
